Our management services include the full finding and referencing of tenants including identity checks. All documentation including the inventory and tenancy agreements are produced with attention to detail. Once your tenant(s) has moved in we conduct an inspection within the first few weeks of the rental period and then every six months for the duration of the tenants stay ensuring that your property is well kept at all times.
Choosing to manage your own property is absolutely fine by us and you can still call upon our maintenance division to help out from time to time.

Want to self-manage your own property well that’s fine by us. Up until the point in which your tenant has passed the referencing process is exactly the same as our fully managed service.
The tenancy documents will all still be produced although you will have to do your own inventory or pay us a fee for preparing it on your behalf. You will need to register the deposit yourself and of course deal with all utilities and council tax before the real management work begins.
